Friend requests, direct messages and notifications
Friends
Friends are two-way: you send a request and the other person accepts. Friends show up in your For You feed, and you get notified when they post. You can have up to 100 friends.
Direct messages
- Message anyone from their profile. Your inbox has two tabs: Squads and Chats.
- You can attach a trade or a live position card to a message.
- You choose who can message you: Everyone or Nobody. Nobody only stops new conversations.
- Blocking someone stops direct messages both ways.
Notifications
You are notified about replies, mentions, comments on your posts, friend requests and squad invites — plus whatever you switch on in each squad's settings. To get push notifications on iPhone, add Socila to your Home Screen first.
